Kyocera introduced the FS-1061 monochrome laser printer in November 2012, with print speeds OEM-rated at 25 pages per minute (ppm) and a duty cycle of up to 15,000 pages per month. A multifunction version, the FS-1325 MFP followed in January 2013, with a matching print speed rating but an increased duty cycle of 20,000 pages per month.
The standard supplies set is made up of a 2,100 page yield toner cartridge and separate drum unit. The toner cartridge requires a chip for correct printer operation.
